In order to provide potential candidates and candidates with employment or subcontract worker opportunities, or to administer benefits on behalf of, or to manage the employment relationship with our employees, we may collect personal data including but not limited to:
Your name, title and contact information pursuant to you providing past employment or experience related information about potential candidates or candidates as a reference for a particular potential or actual candidate;
Your name and contact information if you are listed as an emergency contact;
Names, social security numbers, dates of birth, addresses and similar information of dependents/beneficiaries of employees, for purposes of employee benefit administration;

OTHER USES AND DISCLOSURES
